This garden apartment is in the rear of a 19th century Greek Revival building, originally a home, and now a fine arts and antique store. Uptown by the Garden District, it's in the perfect blend of a welcoming New Orleans residential neighborhood and world class food and retail district.
 
The private entrance is off of a landscaped brick patio with fountain.  The newly renovated space includes a sitting room with a full-size sofa bed and a large bedroom with wide screen TV, table and chairs for dining or work, lots of storage and a king-size bed.   The efficiency kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dual burner stovetop, convection oven/microwave.  The antique dealer's shed, off of the brick patio, has a washer and dryer.

Meredith  February 2023    Wonderful! The apartment is beautiful, with lots of great antiques, and lovely decor. The bedroom is very spacious with lots of storage and a very comfortable king bed. The kitchen is very efficient and has everything you need, and the bathroom is clean with ample counter space and storage. The living room has French doors to a lovely brick patio with a babbling fountain - perfect for our breakfasts. Sarah is a lovely, friendly host who responds very quickly to any need. And the location is perfect - so many fabulous restaurants within walking distance (our favorite is Lillette) and CR Coffee is a block away. We will hopefully stay here again!
Alexandra February 2022    We loved this apartment! It was beautiful, clean, and convenient, and very attentively hosted. We felt immediately comfortable. All guest needs were provided for, from the washer/dryer to closet space to easy check-in. We already miss it!
