A stoneware tea and dessert set in the Bermuda brown chintz pattern, manufactured in the 1930's by Myott Son & Co., England. Myott pieces are highly distinctive and unique in early 20th century ceramics. The "Bermuda" design makes use of a large floral pattern consistent with the evolution of English chintz designs. Set includes 1 tea pot with lid; large creamer and small pot without lid; 1 sugar bowl with lid; 6 cups and saucers; 8 dessert or salad plates; and 1 large cake or serving plate.
